The thoughts you choose to nurture become your reality.
It’s easy to forget we have that power in the midst of self doubt and worry.
I think realizing this occurrence is the first step in switching the mindset followed by detaching the thought from your actual belief.

The other day my yoga teacher said life is a collection of moments that you’ve never seen before and you’ll never see again.
I constantly struggle with emotion sitting. My mind stays on the race.
What do we do?
Keep learning, realizing and growing. 🙂
