How to Boost your Mood
We all have those moments. The blues, the downs, the mean reds….
Anyway, I have a tip for you to jump out of it when you’re down in it.
If you need an instant pick me up, do something productive. If that sounds awful, force your face into a smile. Then get up, move around and do something on your to-do list. If you don’t have a to-do list, do something good for someone else. I know reading this in a certain mood can sometimes sound over whelming and even annoying but remember it’s a mood. Moods are fleeting.
Maybe even get dressed up and go out on the town.
