Whether you’re a new years resolution type or not, new years, months, weeks, days and so forth offer ample opportunity to crush goals.
Routine feels good, especially one involving mental and physical health benefits like meditating and journaling.
Try adding one new routines to your agenda. Add a calendar invite with a reminder every day. Grab an accountability buddy. Reward yourself for your successes. Figure out your incentives.
I’ve been using the Ten Percent app for daily guided meditation. I signed up with a friend and turned on notifications. There were definitely times I did it while on the go, and that’s ok. 🙂
You get a refreshing feeling in the morning after accomplishing said goal.
It’s also fun learning new things in life and/or about yourself through new routines.
