Not only are you the average of your 4 closest friends, but you are what you surround yourself with. You’ve got the control.

Photos from my hike in the Pacifica at Mori Point felt like the perfect way to depict inspiration, but the fruits behind goal setting were derived from a very special visitor this week who actually went swimming in the chilly Pacific Ocean.
My boyfriend ventured out on his very first trip to Cali-for-ni-a.
Hesitant at first, he found the fresh air and large trees to be a nice change from Virginia. In my true nature, I kept him busy with activities: a tour through the city, a stunning ocean front hike, a tour of Facebook, a night out cruising in a Tesla, and of course lunch at In-N-Out.
Did I mention he’s hardly a fan of my snap-happy tendencies? It’s okay because I forced him to he savored it like a champ. I’m sorry, but how could I not capture that tastiness? Oh, and the In-N-Out too.
I showed him the best foods this fabulous city has to offer. Nachos and froyo for the win.
He went home yesterday and I already miss him. Now I’m ready for my parents to venture out here. C’mon guys, let’s book your trip!
xoxo,
Zen Kitty
