A China Trip of Learnings
Do you ever find yourself silenced by new learnings?
Feelings of new discoveries.
Cultural norms far from familiar.
I had the privilege of traveling to China the week before last, exploring Hong Kong from the sky, the Summer Palace in Beijing and the Yu Garden in Shanghai.
As J.R. R. Tolkien says, “all we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us.”
These photos tell a more exhilarating story than my words I think.
Meals and spectacular sights were savored.
“The capacity to learn is a gift; the ability to learn is a skill; the willingness to learn is a choice.”
-Brian Herbert
Culture from the rooftops,
to details down below,
and every inch of prepared land in between.
“Everyone you will ever meet knows something you don’t.”
-Bill Nye
What we learn becomes a part of who we are.
Never stop learning, because life never stops teaching.
And there you have it, a rad trip. Thank you to my team/friends and China!
