Blueberry Yogurt Parfait Recipe
Tis’ the season to be hottie.
Hello warm weather! The flowers are blooming and spirits are lifted.
I’m home in Richmond and want to share my favorite breakfast recipe I have here.
If you like fruit yogurt, my homemade version is the way to go. The store-bought fruit yogurt usually has a ton of added sugar and the fruit takes on a funky consistency.
Blueberry Yogurt Parfait
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup plain Chobani Greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon sweetener (I used Truvia)
- 1/4 cup granolla (I used Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Flax)
Directions
Empty berries into a bowl and microwave for 25 seconds.
Stir in yogurt.
Add Stevia and try not to make a mess of it. 😉
Stir it up little darlin’.
No time crunch here. Add the granola and you’re done.
Munch away.
You can add any type of toppings to the parfait, like more fruit, peanut butter or honey.
Get creative with it. I chose to enjoy more fruit toppings on the side so I could taste all the sweet flavors.
With so many options, the results are endless.
Have a relaxing weekend.
