New Year, New View
Crazy thing. I was in a meeting the other day about to write off a proposed solution due to lack of understanding. Before I did, my co-worker said he knew what the point was getting at and I asked for clarification.
Introducing Growth Mindset.
“The most motivated and resilient students are not the ones who think they have a lot of fixed or innate intelligence. Instead, the most motivated and resilient students are the ones who believe that their abilities can be developed through their effort and learning.”
“It matters greatly what students believe about their intelligence.”
Boosting Achievement with Messages that Motivate

Take this tip and apply it to your own goals whether it be in the classroom, on the job or attempting your latest goal.
“The quieter you become, the more you can hear”
Ears open
Keeps hope in
Always learn
Keep the yearn
Eyes astute
Keep en route
“The first duty of love is to listen.”
