Writer’s Block is Only a Phase
Just dropping by to say I have a touch of writers block.
Is writer’s block real or is it a made up phenomenon that occurs from other distractions which in fact is a block?
According to Google, Writer’s block is a condition in which an author loses the ability to produce new work, or experiences a creative slowdown. The condition ranges in difficulty from coming up with original ideas to being unable to produce a work for years.
I think it’s kind of like replaying a CD (or more socially relevant, album on Spotify) and losing inspiration from overplaying a song. So what do you do? Find a new album. Switch it up, but of course never forget. 🙂
Pattern constructions are helpful for life while incrementally interfering with the creative flow.
I’ll report back once I’m out of my writer’s block.
Blocked or blind? 😉
Till then, I’ll continue exploring like a hawk.
Don’t forget to turn back your clock.
