Working it out on Tour
It’s no secret that I’ve always wanted to be a rawkstar.
Blame my vocal pipes or just the rest of the world for being tone deaf, but singing doesn’t look like it’s in my future, so I did the next best thing and joined a music tour for the summer.

My job is to capture this stellar Drum Corp doing their thing and package it for the wide world of social media.
And of course, make time for the occasional selfie.
Today’s our last day in Fresno before we head north to Stanford tomorrow to kick off the first show of the season. The tour bus life will soon be in full gear.
In my free time, I run through the mountains, throw a handstand, hold a plank, and do whatever I can to catch a workout.
I tried T25 with one of the girls here yesterday and it was surprisingly a sweaty and pretty tough workout. A give-it-your-all for 25 minutes type of workout that doesn’t require props and can be done on the road. Pushups, planks, jumps, squats. An ideal way to pre-game before winding down for a relaxing yoga practice in the grass.
With all the travels, I rely on the grass and road to stay fit. 🙂
What’s your favorite anytime, anywhere workout? Any good yoga sequences?
