A Jeffersonian Recipe
Since it’s What I Ate Wednesday, here’s a quick and healthy recipe that’s perfect to take to a pot luck dinner like the Jeffersonian Dinner I attended last night.
These dinners stimulate thought provoking ideas around ways to improve the community, accompanied with good food of course.
I brought roasted broccoli as my dish.
I got the recipe here from Simply Scratch.

Preheat your oven to 500 and bake the broccoli in olive oil, salt and pepper for 10 minutes. Add parmesan cheese and you’re good to go.
That cheese though. 🙂
What’s your favorite dish to bring to a pot luck?
Have a good Wednesday!
