In honor of hump day…
The results we fear from taking a risk are never as bad as we anticipate. Whether we see it right away, or later on, the negative results actually help us improve our lives.
I took my first Pure Barre class this morning and I honestly wasn’t a fan.
Stick it, come on you can do this, pull tight.

Since I started working for myself, I’m fortunate to have a lot more time on my hands. More time means more fun in the gym. I know that sounds ridiculous, but workout classes can be exciting.
I finally made the decision to join a gym! Honestly, I’m not sure what took me so long because I love attending classes and having all the equipment that a big gym facility offers. I’m currently hooked on the athletic conditioning classes. The instructor has us moving through different exercises non-stop and I’m so sweaty afterwards. I was on a true exercise high this morning. I’m looking forward to trying out some of the other classes at my gym like zumba, pilates, cycle, and some dance classes. I’m committing to the gym and improving my strength. And with that, more healthy meals. Last night I made the healthiest alternative to pasta.…
