Chocolate Chip Cake Batter Greek Yogurt
Healthy and Quick Chocolate Chip Cookie
Ingredients
1 Tablespoon applesauce
2 Tablespoons almond milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Tablespoon sugar (I used raw sugar)
2 Tablespoons oats
2 Tablespoons flour (I used coconut)
1 teaspoon flaxmeal
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch salt
1 handful chocolate chips
Directions
Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Then mix in each dry ingredient. Transfer to a microwavable greased bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes (may vary depending on microwave power). Remove bowl with mittens as bowl will be hot. Enjoy! 🙂
